USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between SkyMojo.in ("SkyMojo," "we," or "us") and the User ("you" or "User") accessing and utilizing our platform for booking flights, hotels, or other services provided through our website, mobile app, or other channels like customer support, sales agents, and promotional campaigns.

4. Booking and Service Availability

SkyMojo.in offers the ability to book flight tickets, hotel stays, and related services through its Platform. While we strive to offer accurate and real-time availability of services, all bookings are subject to confirmation based on real-time data from the respective suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotel chains, etc.). SkyMojo.in cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or non-availability of services caused by third-party suppliers.

If a booking cannot be confirmed, you will be notified as soon as possible, and any payments made will be refunded according to our refund policy.
